ECO++: THE GREEN HEART OF PORCELAIN STONEWARE
PIETRA JURA is the first product made from eco++porcelain stoneware.
We asked stone to change its “soul”, to become more beautiful. We asked it to become contaminated with raw materials that are not its own (recycled glass), to become more evolved.
Nature is our accomplice: it breathes more easily as we have reduced CO2 emissions and so our stone has become more ecological: it is a certified product, conforming to Leed®, requirements, as it uses more than 30% post consumer waste and 10% pre-consumer waste.
We obtained a new porcelain stoneware, with unaltered appearance, physical or mechanical features, just lighter: at equal size and thickness, eco++ weighs 12% less than conventional porcelain stoneware.
We obtained the same stone with slightly different sizes, 32×64.5 – 12½”x25½”instead of 30×60 – 12”x24”: it has become larger. But the weight is lighter.
Helping to improve quality of life, fully respecting nature, for this reason our stone is more ethical.
