The Bialystock court house is an imposing multi-storey building with open balconies that look over a large central courtyard offering a view of all the grandeur of the building. Metal, steel, concrete are the materials that blend with the Coem Granito porcelain stoneware used to create part of the wall and floor tiling in many parts of the building. Grigio Malaga with natural finish alternates with polished finish Emerald Green in a playful game of contrasts. A chiaro-scuro and polished-matt effect amplifies the floor design along the main corridors with a “chequerboard” motif revised in a contemporary key.
