Carnesa is a Brazilian Churrascaria close to the Ponte Milvio bridge in Rome. The interior design project by Studio GAD takes an enchanting trip with an exotic appeal into the heart of Brazil in search of South American landscapes, sensations and flavours.
Occupying two levels, the interior of the steakhouse engages constantly with the exterior, with exotic plants and furnishing accessories chosen to complement the tropical mood.
From the outdoor flooring in ARDESIA MIX by Coem – in the colours Cenere and Avorio, mixed in a variety of rectangular sizes with a 75 cm base – a long “runner” starts out tiled with the same collection in the 18.75×57.6 Lisca mix in the colour Cenere, heading inside the restaurant and also covering the wall of the staircase that leads to the upper floor. Original mirror inlays create an appealing interplay of reflections.
Everything here matches the colour scheme of the ground floor: concrete grey, oak wood and contrasting pale colours. The bathroom tiles are also by Coem, from the SASSIEPIETRE collection, in the colour Argilla.
