Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser, a small village in the mountains of the North Tyrol, is today a popular holiday resort in the Eastern Alps.
The Kaiserlodge was completed in 2017 after a brief period of construction work on a project by the Planwerker Holzerber firm. The interior of this dynamic complex is spread over several levels with different heights, organised around a curved ground plan that comprises a 1300 m2 artificial lake and opens out towards the mountain scenery.
A must for high-end visitor accommodation these days, the 700 m2 wellness centre occupies much of the top floor, facing the imposing Wilder Kaiser massif. Organised into an indoor part and an outdoor part, it is equipped with a swimming pool. Turkish bath, two sauna areas, a massage room and a large outdoor solarium. It features locally sourced wood throughout, as well as the top-quality stone-effect tiles from the LOIRE collection by Ceramiche Coem (also chosen for the bathrooms and the surfaces of the bar), making the modern interiors the ideal place to relax.
