The new “Alter Güterbahnhof” office complex in Tubinga has two aims: to build in a sustainable and eco-friendly way and to enhance comfort in offices. Fresh air, daylight and natural building materials are the requirements for creating healthy yet affordable living and working spaces. PIETRA JURA stone-effect stoneware tiles were chosen for the floors of all the common areas, including the stairs. For years, this tile collection has been COEM’s eco-sustainable workhorse, as it meets the LEED requirements thanks to its high content of pre-consumer recycled material (>20%) in the UGL version.
