Can the look of an old 1950s-style house be transformed into a contemporary space that meets today’s demands and pace of life?
Absolutely, as demonstrated by the transformation of a classic apartment in Modena by Architect Daniele Paganelli, who says: “You have to do something better than what you have found. Seeing modernity in a classic environment is the most fascinating aspect of my job.”
So here we have modern storage furniture, functional double bathrooms and a minimalist kitchen accompanied by perfect natural and artificial lighting.
The floors are covered with wood-effect porcelain stoneware in a variety of colours from Coem’s HABITA collection, which adds an undeniable touch of warmth to the overall design.
