The Dutch architecture firm, Kraal Architecten, designed the renovation of this large country house located in the woods near Bosch en Duin. The house is situated on a hill and has four spacious floors. After its construction in the 1930s, the layout was modified several times according to the trends of the time. This latest renovation featured a modern architectural style: more openings and connections between the living spaces and greater sustainability.
Some Coem collections were chosen for the surfaces: LAGOS Light Grey 60x60cm for the indoor floors, REVERSO Beige 60x120cm and WIDEgres Marble Statuario effect for the bathroom walls, all in the Natural finish.
