Informazioni sull’uso delle nostre Fan Pages e sul trattamento dei dati personali
Premessa
Nel ringraziarti per esserti unito alle nostre community, COEM S.p.A. richiama la tua attenzione sui rischi nei quali puoi incorrere immettendo dati personali, foto, video, immagini e/o commenti all’interno delle Fan Pages.
Prenditi, dunque, qualche momento per leggere la nostra Social Media Privacy Policy che deve essere rispettata quando interagisci con queste Fan Pages.
Quando interagisci con i nostri account sui social network, via web o app, raccogliamo informazioni e dati personali che ti riguardano. Per questo motivo, in conformità con quanto previsto dagli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento Europeo 679/2016 (di seguito “GDPR“), abbiamo creato il presente documento (di seguito “Social Media Privacy Policy“) allo scopo di descriverti quali dati personali raccogliamo, le finalità e le modalità di trattamento degli stessi e le misure di sicurezza che adottiamo per proteggerli.
La presente Social Media Privacy Policy costituisce l’informativa agli interessati rilasciata ai sensi della normativa applicabile in materia di protezione dei dati personali ed è stata redatta in conformità al GDPR ed alla Raccomandazione n. 2/2001, adottata il 17 maggio 2001 dal Gruppo di Lavoro per la Tutela dei Dati Personali – Art. 29 in relazione ai requisiti minimi per la raccolta di dati online nell’Unione Europea. Inoltre, ti informiamo che la presente Social Media Policy si applica soltanto alle seguenti Fan Pages:

Fonte dei dati e finalità del trattamento dei dati
Dati di navigazione
I sistemi informatici preposti al funzionamento dei Servizi acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale funzionamento, alcuni dei tuoi dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. Queste informazioni non vengono raccolte con lo scopo di identificarti, ma potrebbero portare alla tua identificazione qualora, ad esempio, venissero combinate con dati detenuti da terzi. In questa categoria di dati rientra l’indirizzo IP e il nome a dominio del tuo dispositivo, gli indirizzi in notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server ed altri parametri relativi al tuo sistema operativo. Utilizziamo questi dati al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso dei Servizi e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento. Cancelliamo i dati così raccolti immediatamente dopo la loro elaborazione. I dati potrebbero essere utilizzati per l’accertamento di responsabilità in caso di reati informatici commessi ai danni dei Servizi.
Dati relativi ai tuoi account sui social network
Quando segui le nostre Fan Pages all’interno dei social network per trovare informazioni riguardanti la nostra Società e per ricevere i nostri aggiornamenti, veniamo a conoscenza dei dati che tu hai condiviso con il social network. Tali dati possono includere il tuo nome e cognome e gli interessi che hai manifestato all’interno del social network nonché i post ed i messaggi che invii alle nostre Fan Pages.
Qualora tu dovessi raccogliere, trattare e comunicarci informazioni riferite a terzi, dovrai farlo in conformità alle disposizioni del GDPR e, pertanto, dovrai dare loro una preventiva informativa sul trattamento e, se necessario, dovrai raccoglierne il libero ed espresso consenso prima di effettuare il trattamento.

Cookie di terze parti presenti nelle Fan pages
Oltre ai dati di navigazione sono presenti anche Cookie di terze parti. Trattiamo i tuoi dati personali solo per la gestione delle nostre Fan Pages, per aggiornarti in merito alle informazioni che verranno pubblicate di volta in volta sulla pagina dell’associazione e per rispondere ad eventuali richieste e per controllare che i tuoi messaggi e/o post sulla pagina siano in linea con le indicazioni di cui alla presente Social Media Policy. Il conferimento dei tuoi dati personali è facoltativo e in mancanza potrai visionare il contenuto delle nostre Fan Pages ma non potrai interagire con le stesse. Nel momento in cui decidi di seguire le nostre Fan Pages, e puoi quindi interagire con le stesse e ricevere i nostri aggiornamenti direttamente nella tua homepage, ci conferisci i tuoi dati personali associati al tuo account sul social network. Modalità di trattamento dei dati e conservazione dei dati
Trattiamo i tuoi dati personali attraverso strumenti elettronici e attraverso gli strumenti forniti dai social network che ospitano le nostre Fan Pages, nel rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza richiesti dalla normativa applicabile. Le nostre misure di sicurezza includono strumenti contrattuali con i terzi responsabili del trattamento al fine di assicurare la protezione della sicurezza e della riservatezza dei tuoi dati personali in conformità alle disposizioni dettate dalla normativa applicabile in materia di protezione dati personali.
Conserviamo i tuoi dati personali per tutto il tempo in cui seguirai le nostre Fan Pages. Diritti dell’interessato

Netiquette – Regole Generali
La netiquette, o galateo di comportamento in Rete, è quell’insieme di regole utili a partecipare a progetti digitali di community, forum, chat, social media in generale. Anche sulle nostre pagine ufficiali, suggeriamo una netiquette, che vi preghiamo di rispettare per una buona convivenza civile di tutti i partecipanti. La trasgressione sistematica di uno o più suggerimenti comporteranno la rimozione del post, il banner dell’utente dalla pagina o, nei casi più gravi, la segnalazione alle pagine Social.
Questa pagina è un luogo dove trovare tutte le informazioni sui nostri servizi e dove confrontarsi su temi ad essi collegati come: tipologie e categorie di prodotto, trend di settore, approfondimenti su tematiche settoriali, ispirazioni.
Ti invitiamo a rispettare le regole di buona educazione e di Netiquette al fine di garantire un confronto civile e la partecipazione di tutti. Tutte le esperienze e le critiche costruttive sono importanti, e gli amministratori cercheranno di aiutarvi al meglio in ogni situazione. Ti ricordiamo che i dati inseriti in bacheca sono pubblici e visibili da tutti gli utenti. Se le regole di netiquette non saranno rispettate, lo staff potrà procedere, anche senza avvisare l’utente, al semplice richiamo o alla cancellazione definitiva del messaggio. I messaggi e i contenuti cancellati non saranno in alcun caso ripristinati.
Ti invitiamo inoltre a rispettare le avvertenze che seguono:
– valuta l’opportunità, o meno, di caricare foto, video che consentono di identificare o rendere identificabili persone e luoghi;

a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati;

This Social Media Privacy Policy is the disclosure to data subjects issued pursuant to the applicable data protection regulations, and it has been drafted in compliance with the GDPR and with Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Working Group for the Protection of Personal Data – Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requisites for the collection of data online in the European Union. Source of data and purposes of processing
Browsing data
During their normal operation, the IT systems designed for the functioning of the Services acquire some of your data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of identifying you, but it could lead to your identification if, for example, it is used in combination with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP address and domain name of your device, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used for submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server, and other parameters regarding your operating system. We use these data only to obtain anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the Services and to check that they are working correctly. We delete the data collected in this way immediately after they have been processed. The data could be used to ascertain responsibilities in the event of IT crimes committed to the detriment of the Services.
Data regarding your social network accounts
When you follow our Fan Pages on social networks to find information regarding our Company or to receive updates from us, we become aware of the data you shared with the social network. These data may include your name and surname and the interests you have shown in the social network, as well as the posts and messages you send to our fan pages.
Should you collect, process and transmit to us information regarding third parties, you must do so in compliance with the
GDPR, so you must inform them in advance of such processing, and, if necessary, you must obtain their free, specific consent before carrying out said processing.

Purposes of processing and nature of the provision of data
We process your personal data only for the purpose of managing our Fan Pages, to update you with regard to the information published on the page of the association and to respond to any requests, or to check that your messages and/or posts are in line with the indications in this Social Media Policy. It is not mandatory to provide your personal data; if you do not provide them, you will be able to view the content of our Fan Pages, but you will not be able to interact with them. When you decide to follow our Fan Pages, and can therefore interact with them and receive our updates directly on your home page, you provided us with the personal data associated with your social network account. If you do not wish to transmit your personal data to us, you must unfollow our Fan Pages.

Means of processing and storing data
We process your personal data using electronic tools and the tools provided by the social networks that host our Fan Pages, in observance of the safety requisites required by the applicable regulations. Our safety measures include contractual tools agreed upon with the third parties responsible for processing, in order to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data, in compliance with the measures set forth in the regulations governing the protection of personal data.

Systematic contravention of the rules will result in the removal of the offending post or the user’s banner from the page or, in more serious cases, reporting to the social network page.
This page is a place where you can find all necessary information on our services and where you can discuss related topics such as types and categories of products, trends and issues concerning the sector or inspirations.
We invite you to observe the rules of politeness and Netiquette in order to ensure a civil dialogue and the participation of everyone. All experiences and constructive criticisms are important, and the administrators will try to help you in every situation. Avoid foul language, vulgar and/or bigoted contents, aggressive attitudes towards other users and the administrators or discriminatory attitudes with respect to ideas, gender, race or religion. Informations sur l’utilisation de nos Fan Pages et sur le traitement des données personnelles

Tout en vous remerciant pour avoir rejoint nos communautés, COEM S.p.A. attire votre attention sur les risques que vous pouvez encourir en saisissant des données personnelles, des photos, des vidéos, des images et/ou des commentaires à l’intérieur de nos Fan Pages.

Source des données et finalités des traitements des données
Données de navigation
Les systèmes informatiques chargés du fonctionnement des services acquièrent, au cours de leur fonctionnement, plusieurs de vos données personnelles dont la transmission est implicite dans l’utilisation des protocoles de communication d’Internet. Ces informations ne sont pas recueillies dans le but de vous identifier, mais elles pourraient conduire à votre identification dans le cas où, par exemple, elles seraient associées à des données détenues par des tiers. Données relatives à vos comptes sur les réseaux sociaux
Lorsque vous suivez nos Fan Pages à l’intérieur des réseaux sociaux pour trouver des informations concernant notre société et pour recevoir nos mises à jour, nous prenons connaissance des données que vous avez partagées avec le réseau social. Pour nos pages officielles aussi, nous proposons une Netiquette, que nous vous prions de respecter pour une bonne convivialité civile de tous les participants. La transgression systématique d’une ou plusieurs de nos propositions impliqueront l’élimination du post, le blocage de l’accès à la page voire, dans les cas les plus graves, une signalisation aux pages sociales.

Cette page est un lieu où trouver toutes les informations sur nos services et échanger sur les thèmes qui leur sont associés tels que typologies et catégories de produit, tendances de secteur, approfondissements sur des thématiques sectorielles, inspirations.

Aus diesem Grund haben wir im Einklang mit den Vorgaben der Art. 13 und 14 der Verordnung (EU) 679/2016 (im Folgenden „DSGVO“) dieses Dokument (im Folgenden „Social-Media-Datenschutzbestimmungen“) zum Zweck erstellt, zu beschreiben, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir sammeln, zu welchen Zwecken und mit welchen Modalitäten sie verarbeitet werden und welche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wir zu ihrem Schutz treffen.
Diese Social-Media-Datenschutzbestimmungen entsprechen der gemäß der in Sachen Datenschutz anwendbaren Vorschriften erteilten Erklärung an die Betroffenen und wurden im Einklang mit der DSGVO und der am 17. Mai 2001 angenommenen Empfehlung Nr. 2/2001 von der Datenschutz-Arbeitsgruppe – Art. 29 zu den Mindestanforderungen für die Online-Erhebung personenbezogener Daten in der Europäischen Union verfasst. Außerdem informieren wir Sie, dass diese Social-Media-Datenschutzbestimmungen nur für folgende Fan Pages gelten:

(im Folgenden zusammen „Fan Pages“) und nicht an fremde Fan Pages angewendet werden kann, die eventuell über Links oder Banner auf den Fan Pages abgerufen werden können.

In diesem Dokument gibt es außerdem einen Abschnitt „Netiquette – Allgemeine Regeln“, an die sich die betroffenen Personen streng halten müssen.

Quelle der Daten und Zweck der Datenverarbeitung
Navigationsdaten
Die IT-Systeme, die dafür zuständig sind, dass die Dienste funktionieren, erfassen im Rahmen ihres normalen Betriebs einige Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten, deren Übertragung die Verwendung der Internet-Kommunikationsprotokolle automatisch mit sich führt. Diese Informationen werden nicht zum Zweck, Sie zu identifizieren, gesammelt, könnten aber zum Beispiel im Fall ihrer Kombination mit Daten im Besitz Dritter zu Ihrer Identifizierung führen. Zu dieser Datenkategorie zählen die IP-Adresse und der Domainname Ihres Geräts, die URI-Adressen (Uniform Resource Identifier) der verlangten Ressourcen, die Uhrzeit der Anfrage, die bei der Stellung der Anfrage an den Server verwendete Methode, die Größe der als Antwort erhaltenen Datei, der numerische Code, der den Status der vom Server gegebenen Antwort anzeigt und andere Parameter in Bezug auf Ihr Betriebssystem. Wir verwenden diese Daten nur zum Zweck, anonyme statistische Informationen zur Nutzung der Dienste zu erhalten und die korrekte Funktionsweise zu kontrollieren. Die auf diese Weise gesammelten Daten werden nach der Ausarbeitung sofort gelöscht. Die Daten könnten verwendet werden, um im Fall von Computerdelikten zu Schaden der Dienste die Verantwortung festzustellen.
Daten in Bezug auf Ihre Konten in den sozialen Netzwerken
Wenn Sie unseren Fan Pages in den Social Media folgen, um Informationen zu unserer Gesellschaft zu finden und unsere Updates zu erhalten, gelangen wir in Kenntnis der Daten, die Sie mit dem Social Media geteilt haben. Zu diesen Daten können Ihr Vor- und Nachname und die Interessen, die Sie im Social Media bekundet haben, sowie die Posts und Nachrichten, die Sie unseren Fan Pages senden, zählen.
Sollte Sie auf Dritte bezogene Informationen sammeln, verarbeiten und mitteilen, müssen Sie dabei die Bestimmungen der DSGVO einhalten und sie daher im Voraus über die Verarbeitung informieren und bei Bedarf vor der Verarbeitung ihre freie, ausdrückliche Zustimmung einholen.

Drittanbieter-Cookies auf den Fan Pages
Neben den Navigationsdaten sind auch Drittanbieter-Cookies vorhanden. Cookies sind kleine Textzeichenfolgen, die die vom Benutzer besuchten Social-Media-Seiten an sein Gerät (in der Regel der Browser) sendet, wo sie gespeichert werden und beim nächsten Besuch dieses Benutzers wieder darauf übertragen werden. Modalitäten der Datenverarbeitung und Aufbewahrung der Daten

Wir bewahren Ihre personenbezogenen Daten für die gesamte Dauer, während der Sie unseren Fan Pages folgen, auf. Mitteilungsbereich
Die personenbezogenen Daten sind nach Kriterien der Notwendigkeit unserem ordnungsgemäß ermächtigten Personal (z. B. Marketing-Personal) zugänglich und werden in folgenden Fällen Dritten mitgeteilt:
• wenn die Mitteilung aufgrund von anwendbaren Gesetzen und Verordnungen gegenüber Dritten, die rechtmäßige Empfänger sind, wie Behörden und öffentliche Einrichtungen zu den entsprechenden institutionellen Zwecken, z. B. Vorschriften zur Geldwäschebekämpfung, Justizbehörden, verlangt wird;
• im Fall außerordentlicher Transaktionen (z. B. Fusionen, Akquisitionen, Übertragung der Firma etc.) könnten wir Ihre Daten Dritten mitteilen, die vom Verfahren betroffen sind.
Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden außerdem unseren Dienstleistern z. B. für Dienste technischer und organisatorischer Natur, die den oben genannten Zwecken zweckdienlich sind, wie selbstständigen Mitarbeiter, auch in assoziierter Form, Gesellschaften, die sich um die Wartung unserer IT-Systeme kümmern etc., mitgeteilt. Wir liefern diesen Personen und Einrichtungen nur die Daten, die notwendig sind, um die vereinbarten Dienste zu leisten. Sie sind als Auftragsverarbeiter auf der Grundlage der von uns erhaltenen Anweisungen tätig.
Jeder Dritte, der Empfänger Ihrer Daten wird, kann sie mit den in dieser Social-Media-Bestimmungen festgelegten Einschränkungen verarbeiten. Übertragung von Daten ins Ausland
Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden von uns nicht in Länder außerhalb der Europäischen Union oder in Länder, die kein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau gewährleisten, übertragen.

Rechte des Betroffenen

Sie können sich an den Verantwortlicher unter den nachstehenden Kontaktdaten wenden, um das aktualisierte Verzeichnis unserer Auftragsverarbeiter, der Personen/Einrichtungen, denen die Daten mitgeteilt wurden, zu erhalten und um jederzeit die in den Art. 15 ff der DSGVO genannten Rechte geltend zu machen, z. B. eine Bestätigung erhalten, ob Sie betreffende Daten bestehen, ihren Inhalt, Ursprung und ihre Richtigkeit überprüfen, ihre Ergänzung, Aktualisierung, Berichtigung, Löschung, Umwandlung in anonyme Form, Antrag um die Übertragbarkeit der Daten, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen oder Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung aus berechtigten Gründen einlegen. Sie haben das Recht, Ihre Zustimmung jederzeit zurückzuziehen sowie einen Antrag bei der Aufsichtsbehörde einzureichen (in Italien: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Die Netiquette, oder Verhaltensregeln im Internet, ist die Gesamtheit der Regeln, die für die Teilnahme an digitalen Projekten wie Communities, Foren, Chats und Social Media im Allgemeinen beachtet werden müssen. Auch auf unseren offiziellen Seiten bitten wir, die Netiquette zu beachten. Diese Regeln sollen einem guten Miteinander aller Teilnehmer dienen. Wenn Sie wiederholt eine oder mehrere Regeln nicht einhalten, kann dies zur Entfernung des Beitrags, Sperre des Nutzers auf der Seite oder, in schwerwiegenden Fällen, zu einer Meldung an die Sozialen Medien führen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die an der Pinnwand eingegebenen Daten öffentlich und für alle Nutzer sichtbar sind. Werden die Netiquette-Regeln nicht eingehalten, können unsere Mitarbeiter, auch ohne den Nutzer zu benachrichtigen, den Benutzer mahnen oder die Nachricht dauerhaft löschen. Gelöschte Nachrichten und Inhalte werden unter keinen Umständen wiederhergestellt.
Wir bitten Sie, außerdem folgende Hinweise einzuhalten:

– Bei der Eingabe meiner Daten oder der Daten anderer, die Sie kennen, müssen Sie sich bewusst sein, dass die Daten für alle auf der Seite des Sozialen Netzwerks registrierten Nutzer zugänglich und einsehbar sind.
– Die Daten sind auf allen Seiten der Social Media aufzufinden und der Nutzer hat nach seiner Registrierung die Nutzungsbedingungen zur Kenntnis genommen, die er zum Zeitpunkt der Registrierung akzeptiert hat.

Auszug aus der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679: Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rechte der betroffenen Person
1. Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen eine Bestätigung darüber zu verlangen, ob sie betreffende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden; ist dies der Fall, so hat sie ein Recht auf Auskunft in verständlicher Form über diese personenbezogenen Daten und ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde
2. Die betroffene Person hat ein Recht auf folgende Informationen:
a) die Herkunft der personenbezogenen Daten;
b) die Verarbeitungszwecke und Arten der Verarbeitung;
c) die angewandte Logik im Fall einer Verarbeitung mit Hilfe elektronischer Hilfsmittel;
d) die Personalien des Verantwortlichen, der Auftragsverarbeiter und des Vertreters, der im Sinne von Art. 5 Absatz 2 benannt wurde;
e) die Empfänger oder die Kategorien der Empfänger, denen die personenbezogenen Daten mitgeteilt werden können oder die als der bestellte Vertreter im Staatsgebiet, Auftragsbearbeiter oder zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten befugtes Personal Kenntnis von diesen Daten erlangen können.
3. Die betroffene Person hat folgende Rechte:
a) Aktualisierung, Berichtigung oder, wenn Interesse besteht, Ergänzung der Daten;
b) Löschung, Umwandlung in anonyme Form oder Sperrung unrechtmäßig verarbeiteter Daten. Dies gilt auch für Daten, deren Aufbewahrung für die Zwecke, für die sie ursprünglich erhoben oder auf sonstige Weise verarbeitet wurden, nicht mehr notwendig sind;
c) Bestätigung darüber, dass die unter a) und b) genannten Vorgänge, auch hinsichtlich ihres Inhalts, auch denjenigen zur Kenntnis gebracht worden sind, an die die Daten weitergeben oder offengelegt wurden, es sei denn, diese Anforderung erweist sich als unmöglich oder steht in einem offenkundigen Missverhältnis zu dem geschützten Recht;
d) Datenübertragbarkeit.
4. Die betroffene Person hat ein vollständiges oder teilweises Recht:
a) aus berechtigten Gründen der Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten zu widersprechen, auch wenn die Verarbeitung zu dem Zweck erfolgt, für den die Daten erhoben wurden;
b) gegen die Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten, zum Zwecke des Versands von Werbematerial oder des Direktverkaufs, oder zur Durchführung von Marktforschungen oder Werbemitteilungen zu widersprechen.
